In June, 2004, Korte & Luitjohan
began clearing the lot at the corner of South Main and
Meridian Road in Glen Carbon, Illinois. This is to be the new
home of Beatty-Motil Attorneys.
The building consists of two levels. The main level has ten
foot ceilings with an oak trim package in the foyer, waiting
room and conference room.
The lower level, which can be accessed by either stairs or
elevator, is slated for future expansion.
The exterior grades of the lot were a challenge due to steep
slopes. The landscaping consists of a three-step retaining
wall to accommodate additional parking.
