Because we self-performed a great
majority of the renovations related to this project, we were
able to complete it under the scheduled deadline, and with
minimal change orders.
Our approach to this project was defined by the Owner with
little room for adjustment. The Owner required minimum delay,
and quick response, in order to complete in the 75-day
allotment.
